Overview

Today, India ranks second worldwide in farm output. Agriculture plays a significant role in India's economy. But, in the recent years cultivation land, Irrigation facilities, Lack of techniques, water management, and plant protection drastically exhausting day by day. To keep pace with the increased food requirements of ever growing population, the best alternative is to increase the productivity per unit area and make the agriculture sustainable through adequate supply of quality seeds of hybrids having high yield potential, excellent quality, tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses.

ASTI Seeds was established in 2000 by the agripreneurs at Ranebennur in Karnataka State (India). The Board of Directors are Basically an Agriculture graduate from the agriculture faculty and moreover, they have the rural background which is in real sense helps to know the problems of farming community.

The ASTI Seeds started with the Production of Hybrid Seeds(Cross Pollinated Seed), OP Seeds(Open pollinated seeds) and also Multiplication of Seeds.

ASTI Seeds is producing, better yield, greater uniformity, improved color, disease resistance of Vegetable and Field Crop Hybrid Seed.
